Spiral mixers are used for the production of dough; the spiral mixing action uses a paddle and dough hood to ensure that you receive even, consistent mixing of ingredients critical to maintaining quality and consistency. All LBC model spiral mixers come with the following standard features and are caster mounted for easy storage when not in use.
